China OEM development program, As Senior Manager of Global Strategic Procurement, architected an OEM program for mixer trucks and wheel loaders tailored to developing-market conditions. Achieved 40-70% unit cost reductions vs. Western OEMs. Recognized by Chinese manufacturers to the point a truck variant is commercially marketed as the "CEMEX-Type" truck, a customer spec becoming an industry-standard product.
